David Armstrong has had a considerable amount of experience in the financial industry, with their earliest role dating back to 2004. David began as the owner/mortgage broker of Mortgage Alliance, where they originated, processed, and closed fixed and variable rate loans for homes and condominiums ranging from $300,000 to $1,000,000. David also originated, underwrote, brokered, and closed loans ranging from $3,000,000 to $7,500,000, which were secured by apartments. In 2010, they worked at Collabrus Workforce Administration as a commercial real estate consultant under the direction of the Internal Asset Review and Special Assets department managers. Additionally, over 100 credit spreads feed into the model with operating histories, EGI, expenses, NOI, cash flow projections. Their most recent role is with MMC Group LP starting in 2023, where they work as a Commercial & Multifamily Residential Loan Examiner & Portfolio Manager. Their responsibilities include examining commercial and multifamily real estate assets securing loans within Signature Bank's mortgage investment portfolio and reviewing and evaluating loan notes for initial interest rate, payment obligations, rate resets, amortization schedules, and reporting requirements. This examination pertains to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's (FDIC) takeover of the bank and its $35 billion mortgage loan portfolio.
