Carson Golden

Carson Golden is a Partner with deep specialism in leadership assessment, integration & DEI coaching services. Carson has 20 years of human capital and talent management experience through both in-house and professional services roles.

Prior to joining Modern, Carson was a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry based in their Atlanta office for 9 years. Previously, Carson served as Leadership Development Consultant at Bank of America. She began her career in the Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting.

Carson received a BS degree in Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

Carson has served as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion community of practice at Korn Ferry and has delivered career mobility and mastery solutions for women and underrepresented talent.
