Ashley Boaz, RDH, CDA has worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Mint Conceptions since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Operations Officer at Modern Family Dental Care starting in May 2011.

Ashley Boaz, RDH, CDA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Professional Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from Guilford Technical Community College between 2006 and 2008.
