Ramona Farris

Ramona Farris, EMBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and community relations. Currently serving as Employer Partnership Lead at Moderna since April 2023, Ramona develops and manages relationships with Fortune 100 employers and works closely with key decision-makers in the Midwest and Southwest. As a Partner at Madison West Consulting LLC since December 2016, Ramona has engaged with community leaders and initiated outreach efforts within the Hispanic community. Ramona's previous roles include Director of Sales at XP Health, New Business Sales Manager at Cigna, and Vice President of Technology-Consumer Experience at Aetna. With a solid foundation in sales account management from UnitedHealthcare and other firms, Ramona has a proven track record of driving growth and fostering partnerships, complemented by an Executive MBA and a BA in Political Science from Benedictine College.
