Costell Walton III

Costell Walton III has extensive work experience in the legal field. Costell currently holds the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Modernizing Medicine since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Virtustream from July 2014 until November 2020. Costell also served as Associate Counsel and Vendor Management at Sentry Data Systems from January 2012 to June 2014. Costell began their legal career as an Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from September 2008 to December 2011.

Costell Walton III earned their J.D. degree from Harvard Law School, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science from Morehouse College, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Corporate Governance: Maximize Your Effectiveness in the Boardroom" from Emeritus in 2023.
