Eyad Haddad

Eyad Haddad is a Senior Manager in Projects Control with extensive experience in risk management within the real estate development sector. Currently at Modon since November 2022, Eyad established the Project Risk Management department and oversees risk management activities across various projects, programs, and portfolios. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Turner & Townsend for Abu Dhabi Airports Company and Capital Projects & Construction Risk Manager at Abu Dhabi Airports. Eyad's background includes significant contributions as Sr. Projects Control Manager at Al Jaber Group, where responsibilities spanned the development of cost control systems, project budgeting, earned value analysis, and stakeholder management. Earlier experience includes serving as Projects Risk Manager at Arabtec Holding PJSC and various engineering roles at Al Jaber Group. Eyad holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Murdoch University, a specialization in Product Management from the University of Alberta, and a B.Sc. in Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University.
