Fatima Kharicha

Fatima Kharicha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Mohamed Hilal Group since September 2022, Fatima has effectively orchestrated HR strategies and employee engagement functions, promoting a positive organizational culture. Previously, Fatima held the position of Manager of Strategic Planning & Operations at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 2008 to July 2020, overseeing the planning and management of various international events, as well as acting as the principal interface among stakeholders. Additional roles include providing executive assistance to high-level executives at BNP Paribas Securities Services and The Ingenious Group, along with project coordination at OPODO LIMITED.
