Tyler Smith has extensive experience in solutions engineering and technical support, currently serving as Solutions Engineering Manager at Community Brands since November 2015, with prior roles including Team Lead and Senior Support Analyst, focusing on non-profit fund accounting and fundraising solutions. Tyler is also an active member of PreSales Collective since April 2022.
