Thảo Nguyên Nguyễn

Thao Nguyen is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Contract Management - Banking at MoMo (M_Service) since April 2022. Prior to this role, Thao worked at Shopee as a Contract Management specialist, focusing on drafting contracts and legal documents. Thao held leadership positions as Legal Team Leader at both Viet My IPC and AVI Investment Joint Stock Company, where responsibilities included contract management, legal documentation updates, and compliance consultations. Thao began a legal career as a Legal Associate at the Department of Justice in Ho Chi Minh City. Thao holds a lawyer degree specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Vietnam Judicial Academy, along with a Master's degree in Economic Law from Peace University and two Bachelor's degrees from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and the National Academy of Public Administration.
