Bob Walker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the mortgage and art industries. Currently serving as President and Owner of OBX Artspace, LLC since January 2012, Bob Walker channels artistic passion while managing commitments to OBX Bank Mortgage, where Bob Walker has held the position of Senior Loan Officer since June 2010. With expertise in providing a wide range of loan products, particularly for investment properties and second/vacation homes across multiple states including North Carolina and Virginia, Bob Walker previously held the role of President at Carolina State Mortgage from 1995 to 2010. Bob Walker holds an MBA in Business Administration from Monmouth University and has foundational education from SMU Cox School of Business and Lakewood High School.
