Alicia McCall

Alicia McCall has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Alicia began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Stanly County Government in 2014 and held this role until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an HR Generalist at Avdel, a business division of STANLEY Engineered Fastening. In 2019, Alicia joined Monarch, where they have held various roles including Lead Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. Currently, they are serving as the Human Resources Director at Monarch.

Alicia McCall attended Gardner-Webb University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Services until 2008. In 2012, they enrolled in Liberty University to study Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, although their degree status is not specified.
