Paula Gallejones

Paula Gallejones has extensive experience in product management and digital services. Paula is currently serving as the Head of Product at Mondia Group, where they lead the product team and sets the vision and strategy for their scalable digital entertainment platform. Prior to this role, Paula worked as a Digital Product Manager at Mondia Group, managing a portfolio of digital services.

Before joining Mondia Group, Paula held various roles at Iberia, including Ground and Inflight Digital Product Manager and Inflight Digital Product Team Leader. In these positions, they led the development and innovation of the Iberia inflight digital customer experience, managing projects, defining strategies, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Paula also worked with different digital products such as Virtual Reality headsets and Digital Press and Magazines platform.

Prior to their time at Iberia, Paula worked at Inmarsat as an Airline Proposition Manager. In this role, they collaborated with airlines to improve the onboard Wi-Fi connectivity passenger experience and oversaw the roll-out and performance of passenger propositions.

Additionally, Paula has experience in international trade advisory, specifically supporting Spanish companies in establishing their business in the U.K. Paula worked as an International Trade Advisor at ICEX, the Spanish Embassy in London, where they provided strategic guidance, conducted market analysis, and facilitated networking opportunities.

Paula's earlier experience includes working at Iberia, Líneas Aéreas de España (IAG Group) in product and service design.

Paula Gallejones completed their education with a Licenciatura degree in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2011. Paula also pursued a Licenciatura degree in Administration and Business Management from the University of Cologne in 2009-2010. In 2015, they completed Postgraduate studies in MSc in International Business Management from ICEX-CECO. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2022. In 2012-2013, they also pursued an MSc Professional Development from Universidad de Alcalá.
