Inigo Berridi Iriarte has a diverse work experience. Inigo started their career in the year 2000 with a project at Copreci. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Technician of Design at Ekide, where they were responsible for designing and optimizing safety thermostatic valves for gas stoves. In 2004, they joined DANOBAT as a Project Coordinator, where they analyzed customer requirements, defined technical/commercial proposals, and managed order fulfillment. In 2008, they joined Fagor Electrodomésticos S.Coop., initially as a Product Technician and later as the Head of Industrialization and Maintenance of Tooling at the Stamping Center. In this role, they acquired new assets for metal part manufacturing and oversaw maintenance objectives. Since 2016, they have been working at Mondragon Assembly, initially as the Solar Business TSS Manager and currently as the Solar Business Operations Manager.

From 1997 to 2001, they attended Mondragon Unibertsitatea, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Engineering Design. Following this, they enrolled at Edinburgh Napier University from 2001 to 2003 and completed a Master's degree in Engineering Design.
