Maria Sundin Flöjt

Maria Sundin Flöjt started their work experience in 2010 at Iggesund Paperboard. Maria worked as a Market Assistant in the Production and Delivery Planning department, focusing on delivery planning for the German, Benelux, and Russian markets. Maria then became a Teamleader in the Customer Service department, managing and coaching the Nordic and Benelux customer service team. Afterwards, they became an Inventory Planning Manager in the Supply Chain function, where they implemented the inventory area in a new ERP system and developed working processes. Maria'srole then shifted to Project Manager in Service Development, where they focused on developing new service concepts and digitalization initiatives. Currently, they work at Monitor ERP System as a Project Manager for Business Development, running projects within sales and business development and contributing to future growth opportunities. Maria is also leading the establishment of the company's subsidiary in Germany.

Maria Sundin Flöjt completed their education at various institutions. In 2003, they attended Bromangymnasiet where they studied social studies with a major in IT. Maria then pursued a Master's Degree in Economics at Mid Sweden University from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, Maria studied International Business/Trade/Commerce at Beijing Jiaotong University. In terms of professional development, they completed Leadership training at Krauthammar management training in 2011. Additionally, Maria undertook Performance Review training at AMA Europe in 2010. Most recently, in 2020, they participated in a program titled "Accelerating Digital Innovation" at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education.
