Praptasha CHRL®, SPHR® serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Monsters Aliens Robots Zombies since August 2019, with prior roles including Director of HR and HR Manager. Previous experience includes Senior Manager and HR Manager at NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd, and Employee Relations Officer at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, where responsibilities involved managing recruitment and performance ratings for a large workforce. Praptasha began their career with a summer internship in talent acquisition at IndiGo, contributing to recruitment processes and candidate sourcing. Praptasha holds a Certificate in HR Analytics from Cornell University ILR School, a PGDM in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Institute of Technical Education and Research, and completed pre-university education at Ravenshaw University and St. Joseph's Girls' High School.
