Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Regional Manager to oversee and coordinate the operations of our company's branches within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to drive business growth.
The restaurant regional manager will be responsible for all aspects of operations including, but not limited to: Staffing and training, Financials, Safety and sanitation compliance, policy and procedure compliance, brand presentation and store opening.
Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all branches within the region.
Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards.
Optimize processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Perform quarterly evaluations on management team to review performance and set expectations on areas of improvement.
Conduct a structured store visit, through effective and strategic weekly planning, keeping the stores focused on top areas of opportunity and making progress in a reasonable time frame.
All communication from home office is acknowledged and communicated to the team. All company roll-outs are planned and executed to standard.
Manages time appropriately to accomplish all tasks. Works well under pressure, has a good understanding of strategic planning and problem solving.
Develop and manage budgets for each branch, ensuring financial targets are met.
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Monitor and control expenses within the region.
Monitors all repair and maintenance issues within the region and makes business decisions based on the need of the store and business objectives.
