Kristin Delorenzo

Kristin DeLorenzo has extensive experience in patient and customer care, currently serving as the Director of Patient Experience at Montefiore Nyack Hospital since January 2015, along with previous roles as Manager and Patient Experience Representative within the same organization. Prior to this, Kristin held positions as Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Supervisor at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture from September 2008 to January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Mercy University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Ramapo College of New Jersey (2007-2011).
