Frank Bieganousky

Frank has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry – in both commercial and technical development functions – and is a founding member of Montesino Associates, LLC. His commercial experience includes business, market and product development activities. His areas of technical expertise include package design requirements, specification and qualification of packaging materials, tooling and equipment, child resistant packaging and package integrity testing. His previous industry experience includes being Director of Healthcare Business Development for TEKNI-FILMS, a division of Tekni-Plex, Inc., Package Development Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as business development and marketing positions at AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) and Rexam Medical Packaging.

Frank has extensive technical and commercial experience combined with the unique perspective of being both a user and developer of blister packaging materials for the pharmaceutical market.
