Valerie Wells has a diverse professional background in legal counsel and corporate governance. Valerie has held senior legal positions at various companies including Port de Montréal, Administration portuaire de Montréal, Pratt & Whitney Canada, and Consoltex Inc. Valerie has also pursued further education at Collège des administrateurs de sociétés, École du Barreau du Québec, University of Ottawa, and McGill University where Valerie is currently working towards an MBA.
