Amy Haverty (Scharadin) is an experienced leader in learning and training design, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Training Design and Development at Morgan Stanley since October 2005. With a strong focus on promoting collaboration and aligning organizational systems, Amy has successfully led initiatives to embed a culture of learning within Wealth Management through the redesign of training programs. Prior roles include directing the Project Management Office for the Technology division and developing a change management program that established a zero defect delivery model. Earlier experience at Merrill Lynch involved leading talent management and implementing change management strategies across multiple technology divisions. Amy holds education from Penn State University and Emmaus.
