Richard Holdsworth

Richard Holdsworth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the maritime and lubricants sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Studio 30 50 since April 2023, Holdsworth also co-founded V-Box and has been a key advisor at Motion Ventures since January 2022, focusing on bridging the gap between ESG strategy and delivery. Previously, Richard Holdsworth led the maritime digital ventures team at Shell from May 2008 to December 2021, emphasizing innovation in transportation technology and sustainability. In earlier roles at Shell, Richard managed a diverse portfolio of lubricant brands and held various marketing and product management positions. Prior experience includes roles in marketing and business development at Acument Global Technologies and Textron Fastening Systems. Richard Holdsworth holds an MEng degree in Engineering Manufacture & Management from The University of Manchester.
