Matt O'Leary

Matt O'Leary is an accomplished automotive executive with extensive experience spanning nearly four decades. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and CEO at Motiv Power Systems since November 2016, O'Leary previously had a long tenure at Ford Motor Company from May 1977 to October 2015, where Matt held several key positions, including Vehicle Line Director for North America Trucks and SUVs, Product Development Director for South America Operations, and Chief Engineer for notable vehicle lines like the F150 and Ranger. O'Leary's educational credentials include a Master's in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, complemented by an Executive Marketing Program at Duke University.
