Lissa van de Voorde

Lissa Van de Voorde is an experienced HR consultant and business partner currently working at Motmans since April 2022, with a focus on future employability design. Previous roles include HR consultant positions at PZ from March 2021 to April 2022 and Job Talent from September 2020 to February 2021, where Lissa assisted various organizations in candidate placement and payroll management. An internship at IDEWE in 2019 involved leading a research project, encompassing problem analysis, goal setting, stakeholder engagement, and result presentation. Lissa holds a Master's degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from KU Leuven, complemented by secondary education in Economics and Languages from Inspirocollege Houthalen.
