Oskar Walus

Oskar Walus is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Motorola Solutions, with experience spanning from March 2007 to the present. Responsibilities include overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to deployment, managing projects with teams of 5-100+ developers, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning. Oskar has also served in various leadership roles, including Project Lead, Team Leader, and Software Engineer, providing expertise in team management, project risk assessment, and cross-department coordination. Prior to Motorola Solutions, Oskar worked as a Software Engineer at ENTE Ltd and Wasko SA.
