Justin Houseknecht

Justin Houseknecht, MBA, is an experienced educator and sales professional with a strong background in business administration and management. Currently serving as an Instructor in the Business Department at Mount Aloysius College since January 2019, Justin also holds the role of Adjunct Professor teaching business courses. Prior to this, Justin worked at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company for a decade, where responsibilities included roles as Senior Sales Analyst and Sales Manager, focusing on technical sales support, operations improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier experience as a Zone Manager at Gander Mountain further contributes to Justin's extensive sales and management acumen. Justin is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management at Wilmington University, building on a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in related fields from Mount Aloysius College and Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
