Kalpendu Das

Kalpendu Das is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Lead Software Developer at Mountain Leverage since May 2022, Kalpendu has previously held the position of Technical Project Lead at Decimal Technologies from June 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, Kalpendu contributed significantly to Honeywell as a Technical Lead, Software Engineer II, and Software Engineer from September 2015 to June 2021. Early career development included positions at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer and Assistant Systems Engineer, and an internship at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, where Kalpendu collaborated on creating a Bengali Word Search Tool. Kalpendu holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, completed in 2012, and completed Higher Secondary education at Purulia Zilla School between 2006 and 2008.
