Joy Rogers

Joy Rogers is an accomplished banking professional with over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Currently an Independent Consultant at Rodan + Fields since March 2019, Joy has held significant roles at Mountain West Bank, including Senior Vice President and Electronic Banking & Treasury Services Manager since 2007, where responsibilities encompass overseeing electronic banking products and e-commerce strategies. Joy’s career at Mountain West Bank also includes previous positions as Vice President and Operations Manager, focusing on compliance and mergers, as well as Loan Servicing Manager.
