Manuel Barbosa

Manuel Barbosa is an experienced IP Network Planning and Design Team Leader at Movicel since 2012, specializing in the design and implementation of switching and routing solutions using protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS. Previously, Manuel held various positions including Packet Switching Engineer, where tasks involved managing Ericsson and Huawei systems and configuring essential network interfaces. As Packet Switching Implementation Supervisor, leadership was demonstrated in managing implementation teams. Earlier roles included Network Administrator and Systems Analyst at BDM Engenharia e Tecnologia and Metroeuropa Engenharia e Construções, focusing on network administration and human resources management systems. Manuel holds an MBA in Project Management from IEP Instituto Europeo de Posgrado and an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Independente de Angola, along with a Technician degree in Information Technology from Instituto Médio Politécnico Alda Lara.
