Janina Maldonado Menéndez

Janina Maldonado Menéndez is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer and Head of HR at Movinx since September 2021. With a diverse background, Janina co-founded startsmart.es, an immigration and relocation service, from October 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, Janina worked as an HR Business Partner at ZeptoLab and held the position of HR Manager at HolidayPirates GmbH, where responsibilities included organizational development and recruiting. Janina began a career in HR as an assistant at Zalando SE. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Lund University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stenden University Leeuwarden.
