Henry Ye

Henry Ye has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Henry is currently the Chair of Greater China at WiseTech Global, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, Henry was a Founding Partner at Aequora Capital, a principal investment firm, from May 2017. Additionally, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Commit Works starting in November 2019. Henry also held a role as an Alternate Director at MOVUS.

In terms of advisory roles, Henry was a member of the Entrepreneurial Leaders Advisory Board at UTS Business School starting in January 2020. Henry is also a member of YPO since May 2018.

Henry has a long history with WiseTech Global, having held various positions such as Managing Director of Greater China from January 2011 to December 2020. Henry also served as the GM of Corporate Development - Asia from August 2014 to November 2019. Earlier in their career at WiseTech Global, they held positions such as Product Manager for eServices and Senior Manager of Development. Henry was also involved in software development as a Senior Developer, contributing to the development of the ediEnterprise product.

Prior to their roles at WiseTech Global, Henry worked at The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant, focusing on business and IT strategy management consulting projects. Henry also gained experience as a Developer at TIBCO Software and Ticketek, where they developed various tools and scripts.

Henry Ye completed the Company Directors' Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Before attending university, Henry attended James Ruse Agricultural High School from 1997 to 1998.
