Paul Van Dongen

Paul Van Dongen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paul initially worked as a First Lieutenant at the Ministerie van Defensie from July 1993 to June 1994. Following this, they joined Cap Gemini as an Application Specialist from July 1994 to December 1996. Paul then joined GE Plastics Europe as a Project Leader/Black Belt from January 1997 to December 1999, where they led the implementation of IT systems for logistics and was responsible for Six Sigma quality improvement projects. Moving forward, Paul worked at MPO, where they held multiple roles starting from January 2000 to August 2022. Paul served as the Owner and CTO, later becoming the President. Additionally, from August 2022 to June 2023, Paul worked as the Chief Technology Officer at MPO. Currently, they hold the position of VP R&D, Supply Chain Execution at Kinaxis, starting from June 2023.

Paul Van Dongen attended Eindhoven University of Technology from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained an MSc (Ir.) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Science.
