Svea Schröder

Svea Schröder has extensive work experience in the field of corporate communications and organizational development. Svea is currently serving as the Head of People, Culture & Communications at MPC Capital AG since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Transformation & Communications Publishing at Bauer Media Group from January to September 2022. From April 2015 to December 2021, Schröder worked at Imperial Brands PLC as the Global Business Partner Corporate Communications & Organisational Development. Svea also served as the Media Spokesperson, Head of Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility at Reemtsma from January 2009 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Conergy AG as the Head of Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility Asia Pacific from April 2005 to November 2008, as well as at Mercedes-Benz AG as a Junior Communications Manager EXPO 2000 in June 2000 and as a Communications Trainee from January to June 1999.

Svea Schröder's education history includes a Master of International Relations degree from Macquarie University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Master (Diplom) of Cultural Sciences and Communications at Stiftung Universität Hildesheim from 1997 to 2003, although the field of study for this degree is unspecified.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Svea Schröder has obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they acquired a certification in "Menschen verstehen, motivieren und führen - NLP Metaprogramme (Language Behaviour Profiling)" from MindVisory Seminars. Svea also obtained a certification as a "Certified Organizational and Business Model Developer" from Competence on Top GmbH in October 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in "Getting Things Done" from Next Action Partners in October 2022.
