Joy Mueller

Joy Mueller is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and business administration. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at MRA - The Management Association, Joy has previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Mercury Marine from July 2002 to November 2015, where responsibilities included compensation management, recruitment and retention, labor relations, and benefits administration. Additionally, Joy managed plant labor relations issues, overseeing hiring, discipline, grievance processing, and fostering positive employee relations. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Silver Lake College.
