Griffin Boiter

Griffin Boiter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, talent acquisition, and project management. Currently serving as an Estimator at Marine Repair Services since March 2024, Griffin has also held the position of Retail Sales Manager at Uncle Kyle’s Sweater Emporium since January 2016, where strategic marketing initiatives have successfully increased sales. Previous roles include National Talent Acquisition positions at Yoh and ICONMA, focusing on IT and engineering sectors, as well as experience with Lowe's and Wando Search Partners in sales and executive recruitment, respectively. Griffin's earlier career includes roles in import logistics with MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company and business consulting at Toshiba Business Solutions. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College.
