Cody Rottinghaus

Cody Rottinghaus is an experienced operations and production manager with a strong background in the agricultural and food processing industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Axiota Animal Health since August 2022, Cody has previously held the role of Production Manager at the same company, contributing to innovative developments in lactic acid-utilizing bacteria. Cody also operates Rottinghaus Farms and has gained significant experience at Russell Stover Chocolates and Triumph Foods as a Production Supervisor, managing high-quality production processes. Early career experience includes working as a Mill Operator at Fairview Mills Inc. Cody holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Fort Hays State University and an Associate’s degree from Highland Community College.
