Andrew Miller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in claims advocacy, litigation management, and corporate legal matters. Currently serving as Products Liability Claims Counsel at MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc. since October 2022, Andrew previously held roles such as Complex Claims & Risk Advisor at CBIZ Borden Perlman and General Counsel at Borden Perlman, where responsibilities included overseeing litigation and providing legal guidance on various issues. Andrew's legal career encompasses roles at prominent law firms tackling diverse matters including insurance, environmental, and business litigation, as well as experience in declaratory judgment actions and the negotiation of corporate contracts. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Philosophy, and Cognitive Science from Rutgers University.
