Helen Brown

Helen Brown has a diverse work experience starting in 2000 as a Travel Consultant at STA Travel. Helen then worked as a Travel Manager at SMi Group but the role was made redundant due to industry changes. Helen moved on to London Bridge Software Ltd as a Human Resources Officer and later as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2004, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at FICO. Helen took a career break from 2006 to 2012. Helen then worked as an Operations Manager at Swish, a grassroots start-up, where they focused on recruitment, finances, business development, and marketing. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Operations Manager at Gentofte RFC. Most recently, Helen worked as the HR & Business Support Manager at Heist Group, guiding the owner and senior management team through the infancy of the HR function. Helen is currently employed as the HR and Operations Manager at msk.ai.

Helen Brown pursued their undergraduate education at Middlesex University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography. Following this, they enrolled in the CIPD Qualifications from 2002 to 2004, participating in the CIPD Professional Development Scheme and specializing in Human Resources. Concurrently, they also pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Westminster from 2002 to 2004.
