Kavitha Shanmugasundaram

Kavitha ShanmugaSundaram has extensive work experience in various roles related to safety, compliance, partnerships, and site management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice-President at MulticoreWare Inc, where they are responsible for these areas and serves as the Site Head in Coimbatore. Prior to this, they were the CO-GM of the Autonomous Vehicle & Automotive Business Unit at the same company.

Before joining MulticoreWare Inc, Kavitha worked at STEPS Knowledge Services Private Limited as a Director. Kavitha'srole involved providing design consultancy, process consultancy, and technical workshops for electronics products, manufacturing industries, and corporate engineers.

Kavitha also has experience working at Premier Evolvics Pvt Ltd, where they held various positions. Kavitha was the Head of the Business Unit for Textile Information Systems and led the firmware development team. Kavitha'sresponsibilities included designing and developing data acquisition and control products and collaborating with OEMs in different countries.

Additionally, Kavitha worked as a Technical Consultant at Premier Evolvics Pvt Ltd and as a Firmware Development Consultant at eTekk Systems. Kavitha has expertise in system integration, industrial protocols, remote monitoring and control, and writing wrappers for proprietary protocols.

Kavitha'searlier experience includes working as a Deputy Engineer in R&D at PREMIER POLYTRONICS Private Limited.

Kavitha ShanmugaSundaram's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Communications from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1993 to 1997. To further enhance their knowledge and skills, they attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Systems from 2002 to 2004. In 2004 and 2005, Kavitha attended National Law School of India University, Bangalore, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights. Most recently, in 2021, they completed the NSRCEL - Goldman Sachs Empowering 10000 Women program in Business Administration and Management, General at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
