Alexander Auvinen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support. Currently a Service Desk Engineer at MUSA Technology Partners, LLC since February 2022, Alexander previously excelled as a Program Manager at Service Response Partners, LLC, where leadership was demonstrated by managing a large team supporting a major Fintech corporation. Prior roles include operating as a Small Business Owner at Advanced Computer Solutions, offering IT network support, and providing customer service at Milestone Technologies, Inc. and PCI COMPUTER SERVICES, INC., where skills in diagnostics and hardware/software repair were honed. Alexander began a career in technology as an Electronic Repair Technician, troubleshooting devices and managing customer interactions.
