Betsy Hall has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Betsy started their career in 1989 as the Director of the National Electronics Museum, where they served until 1997. Betsy then went on to own and operate SupperThyme USA from 2007 to 2009. After that, they worked as a Supervisor of Operations at Cost Plus World Market from 2010 to 2011. Following this, they served as an Operations Manager at Gap Inc./Old Navy from 2011 to 2013. Betsy then joined the Museum of Life and Science in 2013, where they took on roles such as Retail Operations Manager, Director of Guest Operations and Experiences, and currently serves as the Vice President for Guest Experiences.
Betsy Hall obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology/Sociology from Longwood University, from 1984 to 1988. Betsy then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Museum Studies from University College London (UCL), University of London, from 1988 to 1989.
