Samuel Huber

Samuel Huber is a highly experienced clinical investigator and medical leader in the field of behavioral health. Currently serving as a Clinical Investigator at Rochester Clinical Research since April 2022, Samuel collaborates on the implementation of clinical trials and maintains research standards within the Community Research Division. In parallel, Samuel is the Medical Director for Behavioral Health and HARP Programs at MVP Health Care, where responsibilities include policy development, quality improvement, and patient advocacy. Previous roles include Associate Professor at the University of Rochester Medical Center, CMO of Behavioral Health at MultiCare Health System, and Associate CMO for Patient Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance at Rochester Regional Health. Samuel holds an MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and has additional qualifications in General Psychiatry and Evaluative Clinical Sciences.
