Renae Erichsen - Teal

Renae Erichsen-Teal serves as the Director of Development at My Sister's Place in Washington, D.C., where responsibilities include creating and executing fundraising strategies for an $8 million budget. Prior to this role, Renae was the Senior Foundation Relations Manager and Grants Manager at the Center for Law and Social Policy, leading foundation fundraising efforts and managing a $9 million+ grant portfolio. Renae's earlier experience includes a position as Development Manager at My Sister's Place, Inc., and roles in development and marketing at Opera & More: The In Series and Constellation Theatre Company DC. Renae holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Certificate in Grant Writing from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance from Christopher Newport University.
