Alex Porpora

Alex Porpora is an experienced professional in educational program management and partnership development, currently serving as the District Partnership Manager at Mystery.org since June 2022. In this role, Alex ensures member success through effective communication, manages complex district partnerships, and showcases educational programs to district leaders. Prior to this, Alex held the position of Executive Director at the Utah Society for Environmental Education, where stability and capacity were enhanced through strategic planning and policy updates. Alex's career includes roles as STEM Manager at Craft Lake City, Education Manager at WildWorks, and School Programs Manager at The Leonardo, among others, with a focus on developing engaging educational content and outreach programs. Alex holds a Master of Science in Environmental Humanities from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts in Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of Miami.
