Khalil Thompson

Khalil Thompson is a seasoned professional in operations and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Quality at Myzel Organics since February 2022. Previously, Khalil held multiple leadership roles at 48North, including QA Manager / QAP, where significant contributions included developing a new production documentation system and ensuring compliance with health regulations. With experience managing QA/QC and production teams, Khalil has consistently improved operational efficiencies across various organizations, including Apotex Inc., NutraBlend Foods Inc., and Devik Pharma. Khalil's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and a Master’s Degree in Biomolecular Science from Ontario Tech University, complemented by specialized training in industrial pharmaceutical research.
