Jennifer Volpe is an experienced Customer Service Manager with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving in this role at NAGASE Specialty Materials since May 2000, Jennifer oversees the daily operations of the Customer Service Department, ensuring positive and professional interactions for customers while continually seeking improvements for customer engagement and employee satisfaction.
