Jeff Ivany

Jeff Ivany is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety and emergency management. Currently serving as the Switchyard Fire Supervisor at Nalcor Energy's Lower Churchill Project since March 2018, Jeff collaborates with emergency response teams to ensure training and preparedness for Energized Switchyard Emergencies. With a career at Nalcor Energy since June 1991, Jeff also fulfills the role of Construction Management Representative, focusing on maintaining high standards in health and safety practices among contractors and employees. Prior to these roles, Jeff worked as the Deputy Fire and Security Chief at J.M.C. Ltd., a Coca-Cola distributor, from September 1983 to August 1990, and managed the distribution of beverages as an owner/operator in the Newfoundland and Labrador region.
