John Palmer

John Palmer is an experienced attorney and equity member at Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee since September 1989. Prior to this role, John served as a law clerk for Judge Walter S. Smith, Jr. at the United States District Court, Western District, Waco Division from August 1988 to August 1989. John holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, earned between 1985 and 1988, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained from 1981 to 1985.
