Pourush Gupta

Pourush Gupta started their work experience as a Summer Intern at Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL) - DRDO in 2018. During this time, they designed a Portable Hollow fibre, Ultrafiltration Membrane Module for water purification and successfully interpreted data for the removal of radioactive impurities.

In 2019, Pourush interned at Hpcl Mumbai Refinery.

In 2020, they worked as an Intern at KPMG India, where they focused on preliminary data exploration, improving data quality, data analysis of customer data, and interpretation of customer insights for targeted marketing.

From 2021 to 2022, Pourush worked as a Business Analyst - Strategy at GetMega. Pourush collaborated with the leadership team to build Social Density in the product and introduced new entry sections for friend requests, resulting in 3x growth in the average number of friends per user. Pourush also improved the Friend Request Acceptance rate by addressing notification pile-ups and enhancing the Social Onboarding Funnel.

From 2022 to 2023, Pourush worked as a Business Analyst - Growth at LimeChat. During this time, they collaborated with the Marketing and Sales team for PAM Identification and Sizing in different geographies. Pourush onboarded Tableau for the team and developed automated Python scripts for connecting various data sources.

Currently, Pourush is working as a Business Associate at Nanonets, starting from 2023.

Pourush Gupta attended the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi from 2016 to 2021. Pourush pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Chemistry during this time.
