Farrah Fielder

Farrah Fielder has a strong background in the legal field, with extensive experience in the professional employer organization (PEO) industry. Farrah is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at NAPEO - The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations since May 2023. Prior to this role, Farrah was the VP of Legal and General Counsel at Decent from September 2022 to March 2023. Farrah also served as the Chief Legal Officer at Slavic401k from April 2020 to June 2022 and as the General Counsel at NAPEO from June 2015 to August 2019. Farrah's earlier work experience includes positions such as General Counsel, Director of Legal Services, and Human Capital Development at PEOPLE, Inc. and Corporate Counsel, Manager of Legal Services at Professional Management Services Group, Inc. Additionally, they have worked as an Attorney at Ledbetter, Cogbill, Arnold and Harrison, LLP and as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.

Farrah Fielder earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Arkansas State University in 1999. Later, from 2002 to 2005, they attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
