Patty Spielman

Patty Spielman currently serves as the Vice President of Payroll for the Nashville Predators, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Patty held multiple positions at The Aspire Group from November 2014 to February 2024, starting as Coordinator and progressing through to Vice President of Payroll and Benefits. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Administrator/HR at Aquionics Inc., and Administrative Assistant at Office Team. Additional roles encompass Data Management Support at Brevard Indo-American Medical and Dental Association, Medical Secretary at Osler Medical, and an internship at the District Attorney General's Office. Patty earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from Lincoln Memorial University.
